Each year, the COTBHC rewards students for their scholastic achievements. Students are motivated to dream, achieve and grow while utilizing scholarship funds to obtain a degree from the university of their choice. We encourage award recipients to maintain good grades and to be involved in collegiate and community leadership.

Applications for the 2018 award year are now available for download – simply click the corresponding link below! This year, we have partnered with the Mayor’s African American Advisory Council to create a new scholarship for African-American students residing within the City of Tampa.
