Milt Jenkins is a veteran and career fire service professional with over 36 years of public service. He served 6 years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear operator during the Gulf War where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, technical expertise, and teamwork.

He continues to provide dedicated service of 30 years to the citizens of Tampa while working for Tampa Fire Rescue where he served in all aspects of the department from Firefighter/Paramedic, Fire Marshal, and currently Assistant Fire Chief.

Jenkins is also a proud parent of four children, which continues to inspire his commitment to leadership, community safety, and public service.
