Torrez L. Grace Sr. Ph.D.
Dr. Torrez L. Grace, Sr., Ph.D., MSITM, CISSP, is a distinguished leader in cybersecurity with over two decades of experience, specializing in fortifying institutions against digital threats. A former Field Grade Officer in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Grace has honed his expertise in Cyber Security Operations, Security Engineering, and Security Administration, leveraging his Top Secret/SCI clearance to lead cross-functional teams in developing robust cybersecurity strategies.
Currently serve as AFJROTC, Senior Aerospace Science Instructor at Kathleen Senior High School, where he is responsible for the planning, development and teaching of Aerospace Science, leadership Education, and drill/ceremonies, ensuring the curriculum meets both Air Force and School District needs.
Dr. Grace also serves as the President of the Gamma Zeta Lambda Chapter, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. where he exemplifies leadership and community service. His dedication to education is evident in his role as an Adjunct Professor at Rasmussen University, Columbia College and Florida State College – Jacksonville, where he imparts his knowledge in Computer/Digital Forensics and other IT-related courses. Dr. Grace has also made significant contributions to Verizon’s cybersecurity posture as Senior Manager and Manager for Threat Monitoring, where his leadership reduced security incidents and advanced threat intelligence capabilities.
Dr. Grace’s commitment to educational empowerment and technological innovation is further demonstrated through his service as a Board Member of GZL Educational Foundation Inc. and other organizations. An active member of professional communities such as FBI-InfraGard, he holds prestigious honors including membership in The National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi), Epsilon Pi Tau and the S.A.L.U.T.E. Veterans National Honor Society.
