The 36th Annual City of Tampa Black History Celebration, held on February 16, 2024, celebrated organizations and figures who protect and illuminate revered family traditions.
Annual Scholarship Awards
The annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony takes place on May 7, 2024 and grants parents, city officials, and supporters like you the opportunity to celebrate what is best about our youth while awarding scholarships to outstanding high school graduates.

Each year, COTBHC rewards students for their scholastic achievements. Applications for the upcoming season are now available for download.
Annual Golf Tournament
The COTBHC Golf Tournament is an annual fundraiser that supports our educational and academic initiatives to provide scholarships to students in Hillsborough County. Held at Rogers Park Golf Course, a COTBHC community partner, proceeds from the golf scramble go toward the annual scholarship fund. The upcoming golf tournament will take place on April 27, 2024!
